Ms Hill has served as Principal of Westminster under a highly successful and internationally renowned primary School, Vice-Principal of Dulwich Prep, a prestigious postal boarding school for boys, Alleyn’s School, a private co-educational school in London, and Camden School for Girls School for Girl teachers, and Ofsted inspectors.

 

Forty years of teaching and management experience has given Ms Hill a thorough and in-depth understanding of the UK education system and the details of each school’s admissions and assessment, particularly the application process and entrance exams of many top public schools in and around London.

 

In her roles as Principal of Westminster Primary School and Deputy Principal of Dulwich Secondary School, Ms Hill has guided many students and parents to make the most effective and successful school selection decisions and to move on to their ideal secondary school.

Three-Term System

Christmas Term

Time: September – mid-December

After the end of the semester, there will be a Christmas holiday, which lasts from mid to late December to early January, about 3 weeks. Christmas in the UK is equivalent to the Chinese Spring Festival, so the Christmas holiday is also considered as the winter vacation in the UK

Spring Term

Time: January – end of March

After the end of the semester, there will be an Easter holiday, usually from the end of March to the middle and late April, and the holiday is also about 3 weeks, also known as spring break

Summer Term

Time: Mid-late April – late June – early July

This semester is not going to be easy for the students, because there will be all kinds of tests and final exams but after the exams there will be summer vacation, summer vacation from July to September, about two or three months

ETON COLLEGE

Eton College, located in the small town of Windsor 20 miles outside London, is the most famous aristocratic school in the United Kingdom and ranked first in the world. The school was founded in 1440 by King Henry VI of England and remains a boys’ school to this day. The poet Shelley, the economist John Maynard Keynes, the British princes William and Harry are among the graduates of Eton.


Eton used to be an exclusive school, and children of families had to be registered when they were born. At present, Eton College requires all boys who want to enter Eton to submit applications before the age of 10 and a half, after a thorough examination and interview, the best 260 boys are admitted to the full residential education at the age of 13.

Application Requirements: Year9 (13+) must be registered and applied for by the end of June of the three years prior to enrollment * They are required to take tests including verbal reasoning, mathematics, potential tests and interviews. They are also required to provide transcripts of their current school. Those who pass will receive conditional admission based on their results in the eighth grade unified test.

HARROW SCHOOL

A famous private boarding school for boys in the UK, providing top education for boys aged 13-18. The school was founded in 1572 and has consistently ranked in the top 40 academically, with a student-teacher ratio of 1:4, making it one of the most prestigious private schools in the UK. Harrow School is committed to developing children’s learning, leadership and independence. Harrow.

 

 

School does not have a specific campus boundary, and the entire school runs through Harrow Hill. Its many campus facilities are set in a total of 400 acres of garden woodland and sports fields, including tennis courts, golf courses, workshops and more. In music, students can choose one or two instruments to learn or join the choir, and the theatre is well equipped to rehearse about twenty plays a year.

St Paul's Girls' School

Founded in 1904, the best girls’ day school in the UK is called St. Paul’s Girls’ School. on the past ten years, St. Paul’s Girls’ School has been voted top on the UK’s finest private school list nine times. The school accepts girls between the ages of eleven and eighteen. Nearly all students will receive good GCSE/A-Level marks in 2021! More than twice the national average, or at least one-third of exam takers receive “A” grades. Over 40% of graduates continue their education at esteemed universities like Oxford and Cambridge, and all students continue their education at these esteemed institutions.

Every student continues their education; 43% do so for a full year, and 49% go on to Oxbridge. 15% of students studying veterinary, dental, and medical fields.
